Counseling Intern Sliding Scale $5 to $20 a session
Seeing an Intern is a great way to recieve counseling at a low cost. If you have a high deductible, high copays, or do not have insurance, then seeing an intern is a lower cost alternative.
Life can bring pain and hurt. Amidst the suffering, I have seen individuals and families find hope and emotional well-being through counseling. My goal is to work with children, adolescents, and families to bring understanding and bonding to build healthy families.
My past experiences as a Family Interventionalist for PB&J family services, victim advocate for the DA’s office, and Case Manager for Native Americans has prepared me to work with families in crisis. Raised in Rio Rancho, I have a heart for families that reside in the City of Vision.
I am currently working on my Masters of Counseling degree from Colorado Christian University. I use an integrative approach to find the best fit for each client. Under supervision, I desire to focus my internship on learning the skills of ACT and mindfulness techniques.
